About

A raver at heart, it was in Porto that Jack fell in love with electronic music. Addicted to hypnotic journeys and gritty rhythms, this city had all the ingredients needed to shape his taste and expand his auditory memory. Each venue overflowed with unique sensations: Gare club, with its pounding techno; Indústria, with a more intellectual sound; and Lottus mornings, filled with love and fun. It was in these settings that Jack developed his versatility, absorbing a wide range of electronic genres and learning to adapt to different schedules and audiences.After years of honing his craft as a raver and practicing without an audience, Jack got his first DJ opportunity alongside Risky Romy, with a one-year residency at Era uma vez em Paris (OPorto). Together, they founded Ruralive, a platform dedicated to promoting Portuguese and Galician electronic music culture through live-streamed events from various locations. Here, his evolution gained new momentum, learning by listening with great curiosity to every DJ who passed through.Gradually, opportunities arose at private parties and various venues in northern Portugal, Galicia, and Barcelona. Jack performed at iconic bars and clubs such as Luv, Asociación Freedonia, Recreo, and Sala Taro (Barcelona); Era uma vez em Paris and Era uma vez no Porto (Oporto); Palco do Picadeiro (Viana do Castelo); Alfândega Club (Caminha); Island Club, Iguana Club, Ocean Bar, Mondo Club (Vigo), among others.Easily sonically bored, Jack Deeper consistently surprises his audience, thanks to his daily quest for new sounds, driven by the dopamine rush he feels when those touch his soul.He co-founded the Ruta Sonora festival, marking the start of a new chapter promising plenty of adventures.
